My sculptural glasswork tends to follow several diverse themes, as I have so many different interests & I want to explore them all. From fun projects like snowglobes, alien lifeforms and my plasma work, I am also currently working on a more personal collection exploring mental health issues.
Plasma Art
Plasma lighting uses a high voltage passed through rare nobel gases like Neon, Argon, Krypton and Xenon to create amazing dynamic lighting effects that move inside the glass
Alien Fauna and flora
This was an ongoing series looking at the diverse range of life on Earth by creating ideas of how these might be mirrored on Alien worlds.
Figurative & other Sculptural work
I’ve got very diverse interests, from fun to more serious concerns. Lately I am creating more figurative & narrative work telling their own stories, or exploring difficult themes. Plus I still make time to add some quirky fun pieces too!
